When Rachel contacted me to film her couples wedding day I was really excited. From the first communication until after the day I felt everything was planned to perfection. On the day itself, Rachel was on hand for the couple and met their every need. Nothing was too much trouble and the day went perfectly. Considering many of the arrangements were made with the couple who live abroad, Rachel really made everything work so well. Engaging Rachel to help organise our son’s wedding last November was the best decision we ever made. Her organisational skills and professionalism are second to none. The whole weekend from Friday to Sunday ran like a dream, from arranging spa treatments and dinner on the Friday to lunch for all our guests on the Sunday. I can 100% say that the months leading up to the wedding were totally stress free for me and my family. She was around the whole weekend and dealt with all the little hitches (and there were a few) she just takes everything in her stride. Rachel is a star and I would very highly recommend her.

After postponing our wedding due to Covid, it was more important to us than ever to make sure that all our friends and family could enjoy the day as well as us. We didn't want anyone to feel they had jobs to do or any pressure to sort things for us. From the moment I spoke to Rachel about "on the day" coordinating, I was convinced that she would be an incredible asset to our day and she definitely proved me right! As a self-confessed "type A" personality, I was a little apprehensive about handing over the reins to someone else, but nothing was too much effort and Rachel was always responsive, reassuring and incredibly organised. She attended our final venue meeting and asked questions we hadn't even thought of, and then contacted all of our suppliers to bring together a timeline of the day. We had a few concerns about one of our other suppliers, but Rachel put our minds at ease that everything was under control. On the day, we felt so relaxed - we couldn't tell you what happened when, because we just knew that Rachel was on top of everything and would make sure we were where we needed to be! The Little Details are wonderful and are more than just the ‘little’ - They think of the big and small details that wouldn’t occur to people just starting out in planning their wedding. They are able to take the pain out of planning and come up with amazing ideas to suit the style, theme and budget you’re after - it’s brilliant and makes it so much less stressful!
