My daughter started attending during the pandemic & after every term excitedly says she wants to continue. She loves Miss Laura & is always so excited when she sees her. All the teachers are fantastic role models, are mindful of using positive praise and appreciate that each child works at a different pace. Sometimes my daughter finds getting her confidence in class challenging and we’re sat on a bench watching and other times she’s found her feet and is off - no matter where her confidence is in a given class, or who is teaching, she is always praised for being brave and for her efforts. Each term has a different theme, but each class follows a similar format which I feel is helpful for younger children. The classes are modern & fun (expect some Disney) - my daughter and the rest of the children in her class always seem engaged. It’s a lovely way for any children that enjoy dancing to learn about ballet, all whilst having fun in a positive environment.

Our little one absolutely LOVES The Little Dance Academy. Laura and her team are wonderful teachers: offering sympathetic encouragement, patience in classes and tailor the dances to the kids' skills really brilliantly. The kids smile all lesson long!

My daughter has been dancing with Miss Laura & Miss Georgina since she could first walk. Now she is joining Yr 1 and still loves their ballet classes and ballet camps. My 3yr old son now also attends the ballet camps and they both have a ball. Over and above the fun and the dancing, what makes LDA special is the attention and care that all the teachers show to the children. That is priceless.
