Due to poor admin (lack thereof!) they chased me for payments they hadn't allocated and duplicate invoices they raised in error + failed to offer compensation for damages done to property during one visit and then chase payment for the visit!! Highly disappointing and unprofessional. Their cleaning services are not worth what they charge either. The cleaning ladies were always friendly but definitely not the standard of professional cleaning you'd expect at those rates.
