Generally disappointed with the service received. We like the boss Nerv, he's very friendly but is let down badly by poor fitters and defective products. 1) The underlay in some rooms is lumpy, the lumps can be felt underfoot. The very worst one was replaced but now we're finding the lumps in other rooms. 2) The fitters seem absolutely unable / unwilling to finish off a job to a good standard. Filling gaps left in threshold bars (because they were cut too short by the fitters) with effing silicone sealer!?!?! Beyond belief. Cannot recommend this company for these reasons. Notes to the 'fitters': Dave Jnr - plastic overshoes don't protect the carpet when they're in your pocket. They also become ineffective when traipsing in and out from the house to your van wearing them. Martin 'chewing gum man'. When you choose throw your gum out of the window, remember it has to land somewhere. I don't appreciate picking it out of my gutters or off my patio. Or cleaning up your pee sprinkles every hour or so.
