The food is 10/10. I‘ve definitely eaten more healthy these 3 days. I highly recommend! Although the food is sooo nice, for me it’s too heavy for lunch & dinner. I’d rather have 1 lions prep meal for dinner & an omelette or something lighter for lunch. I ended up sharing my meals with my mum as I’m not used to eating so much. Also, for some meals the calorie amount is different to what myfitnesspal states. Overall it has been fantastic & I’ll be coming back once a month (instead of weekly)

Really excellent option with good tasting food, and creative menu ideas. Weightlifting and using this for a 'cut' this month. The range of options is very helpful and much cheaper than rivals like HelloFresh etc.
