Over a year ago now, we booked for our daughter's 8th birthday which was confirmed by a member of staff. Weeks before the event when I tried to pay a deposit the phone line went cold and I couldn't talk to anyone. Had a friend go and visit to see if it was open and the shutters were down, middle of the week, no notice on the door. I left a message saying if they didn't get back to me by the end of that week I'd have to book elsewhere, and I never heard from them. Had to rearrange venue at short notice and still have no idea if they're open or not! Felt compelled to leave a review after wanting to see whether issues were resolved and seeing other comments. Same problems after over a year is not a good sign!

Can the owners of this business please update their voicemail or google account to advise customers of the closure and if this is permanent or not. Yes, situations arise that result in businesses closing on a temp or perm basis but the lack of communication with customers that have paid or would like to book your services is simply not good enough.

Booked package for my niece's 9th birthday and turned up to find salon closed. Waited 20mins incase issue with traffic but appears business is no longer operating. No contact to inform me of closure and no communication since. A lot of money wasted on appointment and travel, as well as an upset little girl. Disgraceful

Had an appointment and drove all the way from Solihull but the salon was closed. A courtesy text or a call would have been nice. They charge if appointments are made but clearly no respect for others time and effort/cost. Disappointed as our initial experience had been positive. Since then it seems to constantly disappoint.

First impressions was good tbh girls was lovely tried really hard and made us feel welcome but the package we had I felt wasn't worth the money our face masks was on for 5 minutes no time at all to relax would have like a bit longer. Our nails well was disappointing on our way home my nails started to peel off and by the evening my daughters nails was off too shocked we was that. That happened. I do have another package booked but I will be cancelling that. Very disappointed 😞
