Joined just after Christmas. Went to put in repeat prescription for the same meds I have been on for month. First no sign of the request then finally after chasing I got 1 of the 3 I ask for and denied another 3rd didn’t even get passed to doctor. Had to wait 5 days for appt with doctor to ask for why it was denied which doctor had no idea. She didn’t know who denied me the 2nd medication. Meaning I went near to weeks with out mental heath meds. That could of been very dangerous in process of making a very large formal complaint to not only the practice but also to local PCT and CQC

AWFUL surgery, takes over an hour to even get through to reception, once you do they are nothing but rude and extremely unhelpful, I had to take my daughter to A&E over a gp matter that had worsened due to receptionist refusing an appointment and told me ‘find another doctors then!’ I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this horrendous place, I would give less than 1 star if I could.

Done my blood test over a month , keep calling to check my result and they kept delay to chase up for me. Keep calling them and said they are busy and not sure when can get my result from pathology lab for me! What a bad service !!! The reception are very unhelpful! Wouldn't recommend this GP!
