Absolutely disgusting attitude from receptionist! Been trying to get an appointment for the last 2 months regarding results of a scan on a lump I had, and have other issues needing addressing. I asked the receptionist what am I supposed to do, just keep trying until my body packs up n die then, her response was……OK YOU DO THAT!!! She most definitely shouldn’t be in that job role with that attitude! Official complaints have been put in, if she isn’t dealt with accordingly, I will be taking this higher! Disgraceful!

I have always had a positive experience with the practice. I have a young son and the receptionists have always made him a priority and gone the extra mile to make sure he was seen usually the same day. Not to wind anyone up - this is good practice for infants as they can really deteriote quickly. I changed doctors after 29 years due to a house move and I have no complaints. Glad I chose Linden and as somebody who knows how hard things are for you doctors receptionists (my mother previously resigned from her role) you are doing a great job.

This is the worst GP ever. I have been complaining for a hip pain for over two years now.and nothing done about it. Now I am having a serious pain around my waist since last Friday. Today Tuesday I call in to see the doctor I was giving an appointment, went in to see doctor Singh who did nothing but give me a number to call a physiotherapy. I even told him I am having an head ache and fever, ask if he could take my blood pressure he pick up a machine and then put it back down telling me to book appointment with nurse to take my blood pressure. This is pure laziness and negligence to patients, not even 5 minutes and he is sending me back out with no intervention about my complain. They shouldn’t be using tax payers money to pay for him to just site there do nothing without a care in the world Dr Adl was the best doctor there, he is no long there, since he left I never get a good service.

Linden medical group, several issues within this doctor’s surgery, receptionist’s think they are above everyone else, doctors are not much better, rude, rushed and talk down to patients. The practise manager actual “laughed” down the phone to me whilst dealing with my complaint about my issue! I’m actually sat writing this review in the doctors listening to another patient moaning to the receptionist about the doctors. Couldn’t make it up could you.

Text message from Linden they are rolling out the combined early exit shot this year again. Coupled with mass immigration to the UK and declining health care the agenda of population control is working.

Every interaction with receptionist is painful and awkard. No professionalism is felt, its poorly managed on that front they are quick to blame the doctors for locking the appointments from being booked when i showed dissapointment to the excuses as i was willing to book an appoinment for a later just to get seen. When i have taken my daughter (which seems then only time we can actually get an appointment) it is practically dead there has me 3 people there max. If funding is an issue as well as managing the surgery- i have some advice maybe clearing out the dead weight in your reception department might be a good place to start might set an example foe some of the chatty ones in the back of the reception.
