The place was ok, has it's own facilities like a normal apartment room. Good space for couple. Welcoming note on the Tv only welcoming the person who booked the room but not their spouse. No Bellman. Walking long distance to get groceries. (It was close to Co-op, but Co-op sell very limited stuff) and if you want to go to Sainsbury's, you need to walk and passed about 6 or 7 blocks to get there. Provide the shower gel half empty. The hot water on and off while you take shower. No hanging rail for hand towels near the hand basin (only for shower towels inside the shower room) Provide the plastic fry spoon that melting into your cooking food. No instructions for how to use the oven or microwave, the espresso machine, and the induction stove. You need to google it yourself. (Kinda a waste of time when you have to look at the name and what kind of machine that you dealing with.) The iron not working the best. It was hot enough, but you keep iron your clothes but still crumpled and the water from the stim iron is dripping all over you shirts. Takes forever to iron 1 shirt and still crumpled in the end. Fed up! The bed was comfy but just a double size bed. Walkability: Public transportation

Great hotel to stay in, the room and kitchen are very spacious with a fantastic dining area. The hotel's structure is excellent, with two easily accessible elevators leading to the rooms, and they are of great size. The service is exceptional, as we were well attended at all times. Another pleasant surprise is that laundry service is included (except for soap), which is great for travelers who need to wash some clothes and have them ready for the next day. This is definitely a hotel we will stay at again on our future trips. Rooms: Spacious room with a large living area, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bathroom. Excellent accommodations.

We are very happy. Our stay was simply perfect. The rooms are modern, fully equipped and very very clean. The staff has been always very helpful and friendly. The position is perfect to visit the city and enjoy the nightlife in boroughs like Soho, Covent Garden and China Town. We travelled only by buses, reaching any part of the city in a funnier and cheaper way.
