I stayed for one night in Pickwick. The room is within the host’s own beautiful home, there was easy on-street parking outside, and the room was super-comfortable and quiet. Breakfast (optional extra) was top-notch! The host was lovely, and very helpful with area recommendations and with explaining everything. I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

I stayed two nights (and two amazing breakfasts) early August 2022, and I cannot recommend this wonderful experience enough. Communication before, during and after, with Jane was friendly, helpful and just the right amount of info. The house itself is lovely, with beautifully designed details and finishing in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The breakfasts are delicious and I recommend you have them. I had a continental breakfast the first day and a cooked breakfast the second day, and both were really well made. There was plenty, with proper butter (important) and the kind offer of more toast, etc. Even the cereal bar had beautifully thoughtful touches, such as the label on the bee pollen jar (yes, a bee pollen jar!) explaining how nutritious it is. Finally, Jane, the host, who clearly has vast knowledge in a wide range of life experiences - she's performance-trained and an event planner as well as a B&B host. But most of all, Jane is a properly good human. Full of heart - which comes through in her cooking - and full of generosity - which comes through in her conversation.

What a wonderful find! We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home last weekend. Jane is an incredible host, so welcoming and friendly - and her house is stunning! Breakfast was just incredible! Everything is so well thought out, literally cannot fault a single thing! Nothing is too much trouble for Jane. Our room was beautiful and exceptionally clean, plenty of amenities provided in the room - they’ve honestly thought of EVERYTHING! The bathroom was spotless, linen and towels immaculate! The bed was super comfortable - it’s like a home from home. Location is also perfect, great central point for visiting Crystal Palace area too, with ample free street parking! We will definitely be staying here again and can’t wait to return! Thank you Jane for a wonderful stay!

Rude & Racist..! Worst place I’ve ever stayed.. this was advertised on air b n b, the owners was rude not only was they rude but they was racists.. made us take our shoes off at the door which I couldn’t understand as it’s a guest house, wouldn’t advise anybody to book at this place, the doors didn’t have a lock on them neither, basically walked in on me in the shower, very inconsiderate hosts..
