We used the lighting shop for rewiring work and some additional lighting a year ago. They didn't even insulate a live wire under the kitchen unit, considering they were working in that area and would have to have really poor eyesight to not see it, damaged the door of our expensive washing machine and reluctantly payed for a replacement door. A year on and we still have the fuse box tripping, which should have been fixed as this was part of the job asked. We have now been informed by a professional electrician due to do some work soon, that we have the incorrect down lights fitted in the kitchen which will have to be replaced. All this for £5k+. We then find out the parts they used are all 'old stock', discontinued lines. I would never recommend this company and most definitely regret letting them rip my In-Laws off.This is a completely true account of their work. Very happy to show them if they like.
