Visited the beautiful shop last weekend and found some stunning candles and pillow sprays. Totally forgot to go back and buy them, but when I contacted them this week, they were able to post them out to me first class. Received them today and very happy with service and products. Definitely worth a visit as they don't just sell old school lighting!

In August 2021, I took to the shop a pair of wall lights I had bought online. I asked the Light Keeper if they could check the wiring and make sure it was complaint with UK standards. They said it was an easy job and shouldn't take more than 2 weeks. I left the wall lights at the shop and was told they would be posted back to me or I could pick them up. I don't live far. Seven months on, I still haven't received my lights back. Most of all, I don't know what has happened to them. I have messaged, went to shop again, phoned, left voice messages. The owner keeps making excuses and I'm sure, I will never see my lights again. They owe me £130 for the lights and a massive apology for the disruption caused. Plus, I will now need to buy a new set of lights, because my living room still has the old lights which I wanted to replace. I'm really angry and disappointed, so will never set foot there again. The owner has been very disingenuous.
