As known the hotel is really beautiful. Amazing location in London. It’s near to many places such as; the hyde park it’s only five minutes walk, primark for shopping, restaurants and other places and areas in the city. Also, starbucks is five minutes walk. The hotel is old but it’s beautiful and modern. Really loved the vibe and furniture of it. This is my third time staying in the hotel and I really loved it. I will always remember the hotel because I got the news of my university graduation in the early morning. Gosh it was such a beautiful morning and I went walking to Starbucks to celebrate. And in the evening after the celebration with my family I was holding the roses on my hands and some of the staff said “congratulations.” They were lovely so much.

We went there for an afternoon tea. The interior of the hotel is very pretty, very english like victorian style, perfect to take some pics. The experience was amazing. Delicious food. On the stand there were a selection of sandwiches with cucumber, salmon, egg etc. Warm scones with clotted cream and raspberry jam, carrot cake, choco cake and different flavours of mini tart. They rifilled tea or coffee any time you wanted. The tea room was very clean, same for the toilet. The service was spotless too. A couple of member of the staff came twice to make sure that everything was ok and if we were enjoying. Highly reccomend it. I have bought the vowcher on groupon and it DEFINITELY worth it. Great balance quality and cost price.

Do not stay at this hotel. They are extremely shady. We booked an apartment through Airbnb, and the apartment had clearly just been flooded and there was black mold throughout the place. Pictures attached. They will not give a refund. We spent well over 1k for a place that should be condemned. Never have I been treated with such little respect by the hotel when I brought this to their attention. BLACK MOLD STAY AWAY
