Big range but everything is full RRP, and don’t think that paying the extra over ordering online will help if there is a problem - bought a Ford GT set which turned out to be faulty, was told over the phone that I could exchange in store. Wasted time and money to go back in only to be told there was nothing they could or would do. Fobbed off with every line in the book when a major online retailer would have just replaced the set immediately, and I still have to wait for HQ to get back to me to see if they can fix the problem. Save yourself the money and buy elsewhere.

The staff in this store are absolutely incredible! On 2 different occasions I have been in with my young daughter to browse and both times we have been made to feel extremely welcomed and special. They were hosting a stamp passport event and the staff helped her stamp her little booklet and didn’t mind double stamping when she was a little persistent! Lots of interactive aspects of the shop to allow little ones to engage and for parents to find out their interests, overall this store is such a credit to the Lego brand and all the team are simply wonderful human beings

Today I went to the Lego shop and was disgusted! Joe served me and he was rude, self righteous and arrogant. I handed him the Lego set to purchase and he threw it on the floor! Outrageous! I can't believe how bad he was and won't be here anytime soon! Moreover, joe( demon from hell) told my brother to get lost and to grow up ( as he chose the super Mario set) cannot believe a GROWN MAN would say that. Everyone else in the shop staff wise were delightful but joe lets their excellent team down. He's got a cold heart that joe and he needs to be more respectful of others!
