We contacted a number of companies to re-fit two bathrooms and York Bathrooms were the only ones to reply to us. They came out to offer a quote and made suggestions about the best way to make use of a difficult space. There had to be a change of plan during the project but Mark was really accommodating and managed to re-route the plan efficiently whilst keeping us informed along the way. A couple of hiccups in the fitting were also sorted out promptly and to our satisfaction. Alex did a great job of creating a really professional looking bathroom and we are really pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend York Bathrooms if you are looking for great customer service and a professional finish.

York Bathrooms. We used this excellent Company to totally refit our Family and Master Bedroom En-suite Bathrooms. They came recommended through family friends. Their modern showroom gave us many ideas and was an ideal opportunity to view the various layouts, materials and quality of the various manufacturers. We were extremely happy with the total replacement of these Bathrooms. We received great professionalism from from Matt in the design and presentation, supported with the excellent skills and care from David our full-time fitter. From start to finish, the time taken, was, for both Bathrooms, just under 5 weeks-the timings, updates, service and the highest quality workmanship throughout was just perfect. This Company came well recommended -they delivered 100%. Should you wish to have that wonderfully modern look with quality materials and outstanding expert fitting, this is the Company to invite to quote. We would definitely recommend York Bathrooms without any hesitation whatsoever. Update-As an additional comment-we had a couple of minor problems with a shower door and a drain on one of our hand basins-Matt has responded immediately and sorted these minor issues-this is now some 5 years since installation-you cannot expect any better after service than what has been provided by York Bathrooms. We continue to thoroughly recommend this outstanding Company.

The design process is fantastic, and they will guide you with expert knowledge as much as you require. Our fitter Ross was amazing and nothing was too much trouble, always keeping us fully informed and involving us regarding the details. Mark is an absolute perfectionist and we were in no doubt that if something wasn't perfect, he would do his utmost to rectify it. Throughout the work, Mark and Matty stayed in regular contact to ensure we were happy. We wanted a company that would include everything from start to finish and we are so glad we chose them for our bathroom project. The results are stunning.
