Had very bad experience here. Was called saying my child had an injury, when in actual fact , he had been left unattended in the toilet with trousers around his ankles which caused him to fall and hit his nose badly. The next morning his face was so bruised and swollen . They also tried there best ,to over charge us by 600 pounds on our child care bill , telling us we owed £2000 plus. So disappointed took them 3 months to actually sort this out . Shocking way to run a business. Then on first lock down I took my child in as normal as I’m a key worker , to be spoken to like a piece of dirt , saying wot you doing here I don’t want to pass this on to my family, we are closed . Wow that was it enough was enough. Never again. Goodbye . Some how they have managed to hide this review, which I posted 8 months ago . On the holly hall website . Very dishonest people trying to cover it up . Also my child would come home soaking wet. Because they had left his private parts hanging out of his nappy , absolutely shocking. I wouldn’t trust them with looking after an animal let alone a child . My child also attended this nursary aswell .

Cannot recommend this nursery enough! From the moment my little boy started his first day, the staff always welcome him by his name and a smile. He has settled in so well and the staff are so caring and brilliant with my boy, which is so reassuring. The communication is exceptional and I cannot find a single fault nor issue. Thank you so much Learning Journey - we couldn’t be more pleased!

Live this nursery! Vicki (manager) is always so happy to help me and really friendly. Emma, Abbey and Cal are an absolute delight, both my boys have learnt so much from them and they're always friendly and welcoming. My boys always have a smile on their face after nursery and sometimes dont want to leave! The nursery is very open and bright and very clean! Nothing is too much trouble for these ladies and they really do a great job!
