Absolutely shambles! Teachers are leaving left right and centre. The tuition (if you can call it that) is so outdated. The ‘course manager’ never manages to answer any queries. I’m wondering how they got their accreditation. This Institution is terrible. took MONTHS to get certificates as many teachers left midway through course. TERRIBLE

The course itself was very good. Unfortunately the organisation of the college is appauling I have been waiting a year and half for my certificates. I have called and emailed lots of different people and haven't received even a reply from anyone. It's got to a point where its effecting my life as I lost my job recently due the business I worked for closing down. I now more than ever need all my certificates to get insurance etc. I didn't want to write a review but seems as though this is the only way I will attract attention. But judging by other bad reviews, doesn't seem like this is will work either. Someone at this college is obviously not doing their job properly otherwise this would not have happened.

It has been over a year since I finished my course at this place. Learnt a lot from the tutors here but it is marked down by the fact that even after a year I still haven't received my certificate, no one responds to you. Every excuse under the sun is given. Saying it should be here in a couple weeks, a couple of months. This person is on annual leave, the certificate place hasn't released it yet.

Good college learned a lot however, still waiting to get my certificates and now all my efforts to contact the college are being ignored. Can’t get through via phone or email they’re always busy. Can’t actually apply for a job in the field I trained in as I don’t have my certificates. Extremely unprofessional. Paid over £3000 and get nothing in return.

4 months later still waiting for my certificates and cannot work mobile and get insurance until I have these. I paid for uniform at the beginning of the course which I never received and now my emails are being ignored asking about my refund for this. I don’t believe you get enough help after the course to find a job and you don’t get enough experience to confidently do treatments.

So my missis went there about a year and a half ago. She finished the courses and didn't get her certificate yet. No one answers the phone or emails and when they do,they always have an excuse, most of the time blaming the company that's supposed to release the certificate. And what do you know...they had them and told no one until we made a complaint about it to the respective company (when they actually told us they sent them to the academy long ago)

Honestly one of the worst colleges. They have no organisation skills and their communication skills are non existent. Their service is appalling and I’ve tried emailing and ringing several times for a refund which just seems to be ignored. Getting them to respond is a mission in its self and their salon is just as bad. Only one bed is fully functioning. They rarely have hot water and one of the taps has been broken since January. No wonder Korrin left. She was obviously the best person there! I have now had to seek legal action in order to get my money back. They have triggered my anxiety so many times which was noted in my file that I suffer from it which they clearly don’t care about. I just want nothing to do with them anymore. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

I actually have been enquiring about my certificate for months now, (previous makeup artistry student 2019-2020) even offered to come and collect from either academy. I was told it was going to be re purchased (as was lost at the academy) and sent in the post to me, yet I haven’t received it over a month later? Please contact me. I don’t want to keep calling over and over and overrr repeatedly to get through to someone
