Our cabin rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, heating and air conditioning, a fireplace, and outdoor seating area with a grill. We also provide complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV.What is the cancellation policy for cabin reservations?
Our cancellation policy for cabin reservations is a full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the reservation date. If cancelled within 14 days of the reservation date, there will be a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date.Are there any nearby hiking trails or outdoor activities?
Yes, there are several hiking trails and outdoor activities near our cabins. We are located near the Yorkshire Dales National Park, which offers a variety of hiking trails, as well as opportunities for fishing and cycling. We also recommend visiting the nearby Ryedale Folk Museum and Castle Howard for cultural and historical experiences.Is there a grocery store or restaurant within a reasonable distance?
Yes, there are several grocery stores and restaurants within a reasonable distance from our cabins. The nearest grocery store is only 5 miles away, and there are several restaurants within a 10-mile radius. We also provide a list of recommended local restaurants and shops in our guest guidebook.What is the check-in/check-out process for the cabin rental?
Our check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm, and check-out time is by 10:00 am. We ask that guests notify us if they will be arriving outside of these times to make special arrangements. Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a key and a brief tour of the cabin. At check-out, guests are asked to leave the cabin clean and tidy, with all dishes washed and put away.Reviews

We stayed here last July, and apparently we're still thinking about it! We felt bad that we hadn't left a review as we had such a gorgeous time at the Lazy T, we stayed in Beck which was perfect for the two of us, plus dog! The sound of the stream just metres from the tent was so relaxing and the woodland setting really helped us to destress. The tent and kitchen area was perfectly equipped and the food that Katy had prepared for us on arrival was delicious and made our first night so enjoyable as we could chill out as soon as we landed. Katy and Skot were so friendly and easily contactable, with great recommendations for places to eat etc. The spot is absolutely perfect for walking routes and exploring the surrounding countryside, which is stunning. Great proximity to Helmsley as well for essentials and pubs/restaurants. We hope to be back again! Thanks Katy and Skot you really have created an amazing getaway experience!
