I used their service wash service on Wednesday for the first time and collected my laundry today. I was very pleased as my clothes came back smelling great, feeling soft and nicely folded. I took a load that was just under the 5kg limit for a small wash (which is about a weeks worth of washing for me), and it cost £11.95. When you consider the cost of washing powder/liquid and electricity used by a washing machine and dryer (and having had a smart meter where I previously lived, I can confirm that tumble dryers use a considerable amount of energy!), I think that this is a reasonable price. Living on a boat with no space for a washing machine, this is a really useful service and makes a nice change from hand washing! The only thing I would like to see, would be a collection and/or delivery service.
