I have spent an unpleasant moment with the lady who is in charge of this establishment, a racist, impatient and totally unpleasant person who instead of serving you with a good attitude yells at you and ignores you. She is a detestable person, I don't know why she is in charge of this establishment.

been here three times now, laundrette itself is ok but there have been a number of occasions when i’ve seen the woman that works here treat people of colour differently to white people, although she’s rude to everyone to be honest. I’d only use this place as a last resort if i’m honest

The lady working here was awesome. She stayed almost and hour late to finish our job, phoned me when it was ready and even helped me carry the heavy bags home around the corner because I am heavily pregnant. Amazing service. Note cash only.

Odd. Really unwelcoming. Make you feel foolish for not knowing the made up closing time they have in their head - the sign clearly, clearly says closes at six. I was told "oh, that's the old sign" - It was the only sign. It's clean and tidy. I initially told people about this really nice laundry that I'd found and was pleasantly looking forward to including it in my routine. Yet they didn't seem to want to know. Strange way to run a business. Highly impolite, venture at your peril.
