Absolutely lovely softplay, completely ruined by rude staff, every interaction was eye rolls and sighs and really short aggressive answers. Such a shame as the soft play is great but honestly it was like being served coffee by a school bully. No need for cheesy smiles but you can at least be civil. Also there are hardly any staff, so while we were eating trying to find some napkins and noone to ask for 5 mins.

Been on three separate occasions, three different days and different times. Each time we have looked online and they have said they are open...each time we have got there to be told we cant get in as they are not allowing the public in! ...it doesnt say you need to book it just says open...its the last time we will try to go there...two disappointed kids again..What's the point of Google saying your open of your not?

We have been wanting to visit Laughing Giraffe for a while now, based on friends recommendation and I have to say it was amazing and was better than expected. For starters, we had booked ahead but my little girl ended up being ill the day before. I asked if it was possible to rearrange for another day and Hannah was so amazing & was happy for me to re-book without any issues. Today, we visited with just my youngest lo as my son was ill this time. She had such a blast!! The place was immaculate, with enough space, slides to play. Amazing Coffee and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend coming here and looking forward to coming again !
