I never write it before, but I should now go, find all of my reviews and take 1 star, because that's the best hotel in England that I was for a long time. That have amazing price, they are above Weatherspoon (that's a suprise xD) so you can choice your breakfast, and it will be nice quality, and really good price - when you compare to that overpriced, dreadful breakfast in other hotels... Rooms are very good size, and because they are to talk, it's even feeling bigger. Bathroom is so modern nad lovely! Beds give me.amazing sleep and dreams, and that is extremely rare for me! Super quiet, working AC. Again, if you compare it to some other hotels! Wild! Clean spotless rooms in pleasant, not boring, colours. I love the curtains! They so warm and gentle, that even in heavy clouded day you feel like it's sunshine outside! Your tea/coffee spot have also chocolate, biscuit, Bootles of mineral water, and even vegan milk! And it's refilled daily! I never been so spoiled for such a amazing price! Only minus is that Southend-on-sea is not how I remember it (last time I was here when old trains was on pier). I give 5 stars for location cos it have close to everything on foot. Train station, pier, promenade, all the shops and clubs. If whole Southend was so amazing as that hotel is, it will be top UK holiday destination. I wonder if all Weatherspoons hotel have the same amazing quality/experience ratio. EDIT:Only minus is walls and doors not keeping notices from inside, so if you like me will share a wall in night 01.06.22 with guest from room 110 [and they friends] who from 2am to 4.30am, have party/fight while drinking and taking drugs, you won’t sleep, and since there is no reception, you can’t do to nothing with chav party. I don’t caunt that as a minus from hotel, because, there are no test like: are you a normal human, or disgusting animal without dignity and honour, who are so childish, that in a age about 25, you still don’t know how to drink – pity.
