Lucy is a pleasure to be around, she is very friendly and very professional, she has made me feel so welcome and relaxed the whole way through my process of my electrolysis 😁 I’ve been having treatment for the last 6 months and each session is made to feel like a pleasure to be there! My treatment is really on the way forward and getting results which is always great to hear when I go, Lucy always keeps me informed of the stage of the hair is no longer growing! And I enjoy the 2 week hair free time so far and very much looking forward to no hair in the near future! Staff our so friendly and the laser lounge is a really nice place to go!
