Been trying to get through on the phone to book an appointment for over a month now. Everytime i have called im on hold... i give up after 5 minutes and leave a message as the cost is high. Voucher bought as a gift for a treatment. I have left 2 voicemails for call backs and have heard nothing. Disappointed and hope someone from their management reads this and organises their booking system! I am going to call today and screenshot the length of time I am on hold for in the hope they refund the cost when if they ever answer and give me an appointment!
