My initial enquiry about translating a single document to English was at 0930. At 1950 the same day the completed translation was emailed to me for checking. I was kept appraised of progress throughout the day by email and text. The document was despatched the following morning by courier and received sixty four hours after the first communication. The translation was very well laid out, appears to meet all the requirements of the government department in question, and is accurate.
