I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering! I waited more than 2 weeks for my order and in the end I asked for a refund as they ignored my emails requesting an update on the whereabouts of the order. Now awaiting refund. Laughably on their hold message they say “we give unrivalled customer service🤣🤣🤣

Really impressive service. Initial delivery delayed due to PO strikes. One lamp of three looked faulty manufacture. Lampco responded to my enquiry immediately and replacement received within days. Service I think deserving of recommendation. Will definitely use again.

Shambles of a company, stay well clear. Bulbs took weeks to be delivered. They were not what I ordered and one doesn't work. Numerous emails and voicemails have gone unanswered. Scammers!

Stay away is my advice, based on first experience. Took 3 weeks for lamp to arrive, it was broken. Notified as per the instructions and heard nothing. Had to get Paypal to resolve as no communication from company. 6 weeks to be right back at the start.

I wish I'd looked at reviews before I bought from here. 2 weeks after purchase I got an email saying they're struggling to get stock but could enquire with another supplier. From reading other reviews, it seems they frequently sell product which shows in stock but isn't, then try to source it once the purchase has been made. After multiple emails chasing for an update, I asked for a refund, chased and chased, eventually phoned then got a refund. At least on the phone they did apologise and send the refund immediately. Needless to say, I would not recommend ordering from here! Very disappointed.

Terrible service and communication. I placed an order on 10 November and received confirmation of my order immediately, saying it would take up to 10 days to ship. With no updates by 24 November, I emailed asking for an update, but heard nothing. I called on 30 November and got an answering machine, so left a message. Still, I heard nothing. I emailed on 11 December requesting a refund, and then decided the next day (today) to try calling again. The person on the phone seemed flustered when looking at my account and passed me on to another member of staff, who claimed she wouldn't have seen my emails as she's dealing with them by herself and is over a month behind. She was unsure why my phone message hadn't been picked up. If this company doesn't have the resources to deal with online orders, it shouldn't take them.
