    -Highly disrespectful. -Do not work holistically with patience. -Treat women like garbage - reception team do no help, but make things worse for carer or parent, does not guide them to other services or teams that can help. - physically abusive according to patients. This service needs to be looked at legally.

    They make the rules up as they go along. Don't treat the patients with respect OR dignity. Don't really consider what the patient wants or needs. They have a gym on site and that's probably the only perk. An large amount of patients are voluntary and there's not many sectioned which has an unfair amount of people going out all day and come and go as they please whilst others are left bored and contained in a small ward 24/7. We get 30 minutes a week with a doctor that doesn't ever speak to us otherwise. I'd say it's horrible in general.
