Nice pub and restaurant. We went on a bank holiday Sunday (the coronation weekend) and it was busy but still had a few tables free. Sunday lunch was very good, we had the roast lamb, but there was beef and pork as well. There were a few decent other dishes too for people that aren't into roast dinners. Giant yorkshire pudding was lovely. Puddings were very nice too. Prices were slightly high, but service was quick and the food was hot and delicious, so we felt it was worth it.

Food & drinks: Visited for lunch at 12.15 and had no problems parking behind the Lamb. I chose the 2 course lunch menu, with a main and dessert. The sea bream was a great choice, perfectly cooked with julienne mangetout, crushed baby potatoes and a tomato olive and spring onion salsa which balanced the meal very well. For dessert I had the lemon and blueberry drizzle cake with raspberry sorbet and coulis. The cake was very moist almost to cheesecake consistency in places which I enjoyed. I really enjoyed this fine dining experience and great service. I would recommend the Lamb for a special occasion but get there early as the parking seems to fill up quite fast.
