Amazing practice. I always manage to get an appointment within a week of ringing. I have never had any kind of issue. The staff a very helpful, professional and thorough. the longest time I’ve waited to be called in after my appointment time is about 10 minutes. I know there are very few practices like this, and know I am very lucky to be a patient here.

Superb practice. Well organised. Very efficient. Always helpful. All staff that I have met here including reception, nurses and doctors are lovely and friendly. No rudeness whatsoever. Perhaps if those experiencing rudeness were themselves polite and tolerant they would find things different. A little understanding and a friendly attitude works both ways.
