I hope someone from this hospital sees this you are all disgusting in there leaving people to have a serious panic attack nearly collapsing for half an hour not sorting out someone’s medication who really needs them and then leaving them in a corridor you all need to sort this out

Went for an assessment last Friday only to be told that there’s no such thing as a therapist in Colchester or community nurses so I’d have to travel to Braintree so all they could do was send an email to my GP to increase my medication. TODAY, I find out that all the information I was told was a complete LIE. I have spoken to 2 therapists and they have both said that there IS plenty of therapy available. In other words, this place doesn’t care enough to treat patients with respect.

The psychiatrists are aweful here the nursing staff in general.are nice though but unfortunately just follow order's from the non empathetic and somewhat ignorant and narcissistic psychiatrists. This place seriously needs investigating and serious changes need to be made they are well aware of there unacceptable behaviour towards patients but still go unnoticed I hope I never have to spend time here again

In principle the potential is there to help people, however only a few of the home treatment team have actually listened and shown knowledge and understanding, the assessment team and doctor need more training as they are insensitive. Things have not been relayed as requested, phone calls don't come when expected and they are too busy to see you on the day you call them, plus they twist your words and write inaccurate information about you. Cam honestly say I'm done with them as no further forward.
