Enquired about a second hand bike they had up for sale. The ad stated it had minor scratches on the plastics which wasn’t an issue. Asked about delivery and any leeway on the price whilst also getting quotes from bike delivery companies myself and got told I’d get a phone call back regarding this. Days later no phone call so phoned them back to be told I couldn’t buy it without looking at it. I said I would be happy with a video walk round if that was feasible…. Again got told he’d ask his boss and call me back. Meanwhile I made arrangements to go and view the bike as I live 2 hours away so rang the next day to arrange a viewing to be told the bike had sold and I didn’t put a deposit down. At no point did anyone say for me to put a deposit down otherwise I’d of done it straight away. Disappointed with the service and I felt like they didn’t want to sell me the bike. How hard is it to buy a second hand bike.

For anyone wanting to know the cost for the service for a 125 duke it's £270!!! It took the techs 3 hours todo the service as well. They told me 2hrs. This is its first service as well (not the breaking in service). Had I went to my local garage it would have been much cheaper and quicker. I don't understand why I have to turn up at 8am to get the service done. Everytime it's "can you get here for 8, otherwise I can't guarantee we can get the bike done for you that day". It's pretty selfish service for the customer. This is all to keep the warranty. Don't get me wrong the bike is lovely. If your looking to get one get it second hand and get the warranty though a third party source it's much cheaper and easier. It's a waste of time and money!!!!!

I rarely do google reviews, but i've been using this shop for about 3 years now. I'm a longterm KTM owner and i've been to good shops and bad. The KTM Centre is beyond excellent. It has absolutely first class customer service and a really relaxed yet professional atmosphere. The pricing is fair, everything is discussed and the staff there are simply a pleasure to deal with. 100% recommended.
