Kevin was simply brilliant during the design process - super knowledgable and very patient, he spent hours talking through our ideas and how to realise them, addressing any challenges we had along the way (our new kitchen was one piece of the jigsaw in our wider downstairs refurb). He even went out of his way to design a bespoke larder cupboard for us. The 3D renders were so important in helping us to visualise how the kitchen would fit into our new space. As for the installation, Dave and Gabby ensured everything ran smoothly, plus our builders were so impressed at how professional and easy to work with they were. Having approached 4 other kitchen design companies, we're so happy we ultimately chose The Kitchen Store - their customer service is unrivalled and our kitchen is a dream. Having recently moved to Brighton, we came across The Kitchen Store in our search for worktops for our kitchen refurbishment project. Kevin Allen took us through their range of options and we were able to see a selection of samples and colour ways. Although not providing the design or kitchen cabinetry, Kevin made some helpful suggestions for us to consider. We chose a Wharf Seamless worktop and were able to decide on the exact colour after Kevin arranged for some samples to be sent to our home, enabling us to view them in situ. Throughout the process Kevin has been professional, friendly and went out of his way to help, checking in on our progress during the structural work with our builders. He was always quick to respond to queries I had during the process and templating and installation were arranged on time and without issue. We are delighted with our new worktops that really finish of the contemporary feel of our kitchen and are a pleasure to use. From start to finish, they have always been professional, listened carefully, and always come up with great solutions. We are now the proud owners of a new kitchen that we have been using for a couple of months and are really really happy with. We cannot fault the design process with Roger, who was very responsive to our queries, and then on to Gabby who organised the remodel working alongside Harry and his team who are absolutely fantastic.
