Don't recommend this doctors they don't listen and they judge you . There is a doctor called Lauren and she is extremely rude and judgemental thinks she's knows it all.

The receptionists are excellent at this surgery apart from one! The one called Jackie lets the side down. She creates a problem even when there wasnt one!!

Called and was given appointment for 25 minutes after I called albeit with the onsite paramedic as the doctors were fully booked. However, she was amazing and took time to explain things through with me.

You do not deserve even 1 star from my personal experience. I tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment, ringing at 8am if I could because I work and it wasn’t always possible to call at the stroke of 8.00am . When I did get 5mins, the reply having waited on the phone ‘all appointments for a doctor to call you have gone, call again tomorrow’. Thus the process starts again, as I said 2weeks to finally get an appointment after my wife waited half an hours on the phone (caller 15). So my face to face appointment conclusion, ‘ call back in two weeks if you are no better’ and so the process of trying to speak to someone starts again! Currently situation having listened to the recorded message, engaged tone every time.

Just WoW is how I would describe this practice and one Dr in particular. My husband needed to seek some assistance as his own GP Surgery was and still is...actually words fail me as to how to describe how he has been treated. This is an issue that has been ongoing for several months and has gradually got worse and worse, in chronic daily pain, visible rash which was migrating around the body/head. Having contacted this surgery on 31/10 we were invited to attend on 1/11 and asked to send in some photos. Duly sent the photos and within hours we received a call from the surgery to say no need to attend as you have an appointment at the hospital on 2/11 at 11am. Absolutely amazing - 36 hours and this Dr didn't even have to see my husband but had referred him straight to hospital. Suffice to say my husband now has a potential diagnosis and the beginning of a treatment plan in place and the transformation in the 2 weeks is absolutely amazing. My husband can now get out of bed on his own, he actually ran into the garden the other day and the rash is still visible but nowhere near as aggresive as it was. This GP practice listened and took my husband's previous health conditions into consideration and acted accordingly - something his own GP failed to do. I can't thank you enough for your time and assistance in this matter and for treating him with dignity and respect.

Most of the Dr's I really like and trust only the odd one I don't like so I avoid that particular one. The receptionists are hit and miss.. Some great some the usual rude ones so it's lucky dip with them. I'm with Ash tree but often get sent here as they're sister surgeries. I highly recommend both of these surgeries!!

Thoroughly recommend KN & AT surgery, never is it much of struggle to get an apt and always go out their way to help. I have friends who find it impossible to negotiate and navigate a face to face apt let alone get through and to someone compassionate and helpful in the first place!
