Went here on the 28th may the staff and service is excellent unfortunately the food lets it down. My veg tart came out burnt and couldn’t get a knife through it. I buy these tarts from makro so i know how they should be cooked. They are a vegan tart so maybe ask if you would like it topped with cheese for a veggie option it’s much nicer. The staff dealt with it and apologised which was great. I changed to the cheese flan which was far better and cheaper. We ordered apple crumble was awful looked and tasted like it had been microwaved to death it tasted like oats instead of crumble. It would have been nice to have been offered a bit of discount or free pudding due to having cheaper main meal but not to mention it at all is not good customer service at all.
