In my case of experience I can confirm that the food intolerance test dose not work I made an appointment paid £125 for a consultation had the test done nothing detected,was advised to take some digestive enzymes and prebiotics,however as my condition did not improve I decided to keep a food diary as I was convinced the cause of my health condition is to do with something I consume and realized after suffering for over a year that my major problem was gluten,so I call the clinic back didnt ask for a refund or made a complaint I just explained that my problem was gluten and i wanted to know if it was safe to discontinue the supplements he recommended,his reply was if you know you're problem why you ringing me in the end he said it's a £60 consultation to tell me if I should stop taking the supplements that he recommended,of course this person has some knowledge of dietary but I'm a living proof that the tests dont work and the after care is extremely unprofessional.looking back my problem started after doing a five day juice detox so you guys out there be careful with extreme diets as I believe in my case it triggered my food intolerance.

I would highly recommend this clinic i brought my daughter to get tested for food intolerance not only did we find out what food intolerance she had but he was able to tell me in more dept about other problems she had with her stomach and gut which she has been seen by the hospital for over 2 years now and no answers to why she suffers with the problem she has. Im so greatful for Mark for all he has done for my daughter . I have now booked in to see him myself this week and i look forward too it.

I cannot recommend the Ki Clinic highly enough and do to everyone constantly. When I first saw Mark I was suffering from deep, deep grief as well as terrible chronic rhinitis, allergies that I could not pin down and a facial rash that meant I could only use hot flannels and it was spreading. I was so very low. My own GP was unable to diagnose the problem and I was unresponsive to both antibiotics and antifungal creams. I also had the Allergy Specific IGE test from the Doctor which they call a ‘RAST’ test which came back ‘normal/no action’ I couldn’t believe it.!!! I had never visited any type of alternative health practitioner in my life previously but a friend told me about the Ki Clinic in Chorley, so with nothing to lose I booked in for all the Allergy testing they could do, and although I thought it quite expensive at the time it was the best money I ever spent. The test results reported that I should stop eating all my favorite foods right away (which were all I was eating at the time) and that I was suffering from high levels of histamine. Mark advised me to take a variety of supplements including probiotics and digestive enzymes which of course I did. I had only ever taken the odd multivitamin before but I wanted to be well, I wanted to live. So I took the advice seriously otherwise what was the point? It worked for me. I was over the moon when I could wear makeup again and within a year I was going to the gym (I had never done that before), eating better, losing weight and gaining confidence again. I even began studying alternative healing therapies which I am still doing. Nutritional health, I have learned, is the basis for a good healthy immune system which in turn will protect you and lead to a very happy life. Going to the Ki Clinic was the best thing I could have done and marked a major shift and turning point in my life. Thank you Mark and Ki Clinic.

I had been getting very bloated for about 10 months, getting very tired after eating and feeling very fed up with my situation. I had tried quite a few things (no gluten, low fodmap, supplements) but nothing seemed to work. It was taking a very long to get treatment from my GP so I came to see Mark. He is very thorough in taking medical history and very insightful as to what may have caused my digestive issues. After the test, he goes through everything you are intolerant to and discusses alternatives you can eat. He has an amazing knowledge about food and what causes intolerances. I saw Mark 5 days ago and am feeling much better already. I have hardly any discomfort in my stomach and the bloating is going down and my stomach has gone from rock solid to softer. If you are wanting to get better and are willing to cut things out of your diet that are making you sick then go and see Mark. It was definitely worth the 5 hour round trip to see him.
