    I have replaced all my windows and patio sliding door. Work got a little delayed due to weather and supply issue but Ken kept me or we kept each other up to date on progress. Two fitters worked on the project at different times. They both did a good job. Steve who does the servicing, visited today and finished off the last but very important job of fitting the trickle vents and handle in my kitchen window. He is a lovely guy. Gave me advice on how to clean the glass and the frames and the products to use. He kindly given my other sliding door (old one) a good clean too.     A very profesional company in all respects. Quality workmanship, great communication and Superb fitters. Respectful of property, very efficient. The house was spotless after the fitter had left. You wouldn't have known he had been there. No repair work to be done to any of the walls in or out. Windows and French doors look and feel quality, the house feels warmer now.     Please do not use this company . I have had a leak in the same place twice causing damage to my carpet and wall. The first time I paid for the cleaning and repainting of the wall. This has happened again and even though I have sent pictures no representative has moved forward with this complaint. Absolutely appealing customer service. I would advise you to find a reputable company and not hand over any money, take your business elsewhere. Following on from your response to my main review . Kelly only mentioned yesterday about me supplying quotes. The previous damage was nit covered by you but by myself. Your service engineer was due at 11am , he hadn't arrived by 2 o'clock. No communication was made, I called the office 7 times before I finally got to speak to a member of the team who told me the service desk was closed and no one could help me. You have failed to address the issues of the hand written note left hanging out of the letterbox so that anyone who passed by knew the property was empty. You have also failed to address the fact that after his repair he failed to clean the mess he left on my driveway, little white stone chips which I had to clear away to prevent damage to my car. You also failed to mention that Kelly "forget" to copy me into an email so I was unaware of any progress made regarding another service visit. On several occasions I have asked for this but feel you have stalled so that the wet carpet and walls dry out. In Kelly's recent email she stated an engineer could come on 29th November, I accepted this, but Kelly's email says this date has passed, it hasn't, yet another sign of complete incompetence. I have tried to resolve this amicably, as advised by Citizens Advice, and my council colleagues in trading standards, by way of a goodwill gesture but this had never been approached. I will therefore submit a claim to replace the carpet and underlay in the lounge as well as a quotation for repainting the whole wall that has water damage .
