Absolutely enjoyed every minute we spent here, we felt relaxed the minute we were welcomed. We are new to meditation so were quite open minded. It was easy to concentrate on our breathing as soon as we were comfortable and it was helpful that we were not the only newbies. Everyone was really friendly and you have time to reflect at the end of the session. We both came home with a clear mind and slept so well that night. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn how to have a little bit of relaxation in their day.

Everybody should visit here at least Once, it is a spiritual gem set in the heart of Blackpool. The teachers are very welcoming to first timers. I was extremely nervous and apprehensive before my first visit and was made to feel comfortable and at home. After a teaching and meditation, there is usually time to sit down in a relaxed environment and talk. Really can't recommend enough. Try it and see!
