One of the staff members on the counter behaved really badly even though I spoke to her in a polite manner. After that bad experience I couldn’t even enjoy the roll and didn’t find it that special even. It is my request to the shop owners to please teach their staff (specifically that one lady) some manners so that they can properly listen and understand what their customers are trying to say.
