So glad I found Katherine! I was struggling with an ankle/heel injury through running -it was just getting worse and having a knock-on effect as I tried to get away from the pain. She quickly assessed that the real problem stemmed from higher up. I hadn't run for about 6 weeks, but about 10 days after seeing Katherine I braved it and found I was able to go for a gentle run. I thoroughly recommend Katherine - she is brilliant at what she does, explains what and why she is doing, and is very affordable 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
