    I’ve been with this practice for 13 years. I’ve always been able to see a Dr and they have always been professional. My child was very seriously ill in her early childhood. The Dr was amazing - spotting the issue and getting us the right help. Couldn’t be more grateful.

    The receptionist is really hard to communicate with and not helpful at all. Doctors are always late for their appointments. Really disappointed and I do not recommend anyone to register with this GP.

    I can't rate this place any higher, they are so caring and attentive. I had minor surgery earlier this year and the doctor was brilliant and so were the staff. Also today I had a slight emergency with my covid pass to travel and the lady went out of her way to help me get it in time to travel after my vaccine. Please treat them well here they really do care. They have been my GP for around two years and have been the best practice I have ever had.

    Called up to get help I’m having a episode I suffer from mental health no appointments today asked for the next one will be several weeks I need help now ((!! mental health should not be ignored in any case ))!! to be spoken to with no care in the world and both lady’s at reception then hung the phone people with mental health lash out when they are in need for help in many different ways anger defensive upset rage self harm or loss of life so don’t ignore them even when It comes across and sound like abuse it’s a sense of panic and cry for help in the person head who is mentally unstable as the chemical imbalances in there brain is effected as you would say it’s a episode if you have mental health and need help not the best place to try for help honestly ( the sense of care was colder than corps )

    Have repeat medication which is very important for my mental health, 3 days ago went to our local pharmacy to pickup my medication they advised me they didn’t have anything from my GP ! Same day I went to Junction medical centre to find out they took me off from practice without tell me ! No one could explain why I wasn’t registered in this practice , I was very upset but they didn’t have explanations not to my satisfaction they give me 3 possible reason . I could not believe it !!!! Didn’t have medication any more for two days now ! So they ask me to re-register again and is going to take at least 7 days I couldn’t not believe I said I need medication now I can’t wait for at least 7 more days Bdw when I give me db and name they find me in System ! Cut long story short still don’t have medication they ask me to sorted out my self. Very hard to write about this still very Upset I spend 3 days calling 111 clinic !!!!! Agreeing with most of reviews here they are all true I witness this in many occasions Last person who I spoke today I don’t have her name but will find out , never see her before OMG nasty rude , arrogant no empathy no any desire to help at all ! I turn my head around while she was talking to me I was so tired of this people of situation I m in and no sleeping for 3 days she told me with this nasty attitude “ no reason to Roll your eyes it’s your fault “ Please someone needs to do something about this “ medical centre they making peoples lives miserable They are nasty mean rude unprofessional lack of empathy lack of people skills 3 days I m going there waiting room constantly empty just today I saw man leaving he was absolutely furious that’s was only person I saw in three days I try to complain in various places to authorities via email and they send me e-mail back first they can’t post this e-mail Second is I posted complaint already so they can’t do anything now OMG don’t know what else I can do 🤬
