Most toilets were closed before 7pm, only a single coin operated stall remained which quickly developed a 20+ minute queue. If it’s open, Southbank Center/Royal Festival Hall has free public toilets about a 5 minute walk east along the river. *womens room is downstairs, or up 2 floors via elevator.*

It was clean but don't put your £ in too close behind someone else cuz then the doors don't open and you have to pay to pee again!

Well. You need to use it if you must. Hence, you may want to walk 100m to Southbank Centre to take care of the business. That is assuming that you can make another 100m walk.

+ none - impolite staff, dirty, clogged urinals and finally apparently there is implicit rule imposed by an angry staff guy (rule not written anywhere) that you cant use one available entry if somebody else is paying at the other available entry! Not worth your 1GPB

What is the point of this structure if is it closed at 1700 when thousands of tourists around and they have to queue on a automatic toilet? Tourists need a loo!
