    Good medical practice, there is always space for improvements though. Doctors need to be more active. Listen to patients and give them advice in best manner. If things need to be forwarded to hospital that must be done quickly. So far no negative thoughts but they can always improve for better services.

    Hi.. I am K.Hussain. I am a diabetic. Also having High blood pressure. I am a regular visitor of Jolly medical center. The appointment availability management is excellent. Receptionist is very supportive and helpful. Dr. Kumar and Dr. Ali are very concerned and caring. They are giving their whole hearted care to their patience. Thank you so much to all team members of Jolly medical center.

    Well I honestly can say that I am shocked at some off the appalling reviews on here. I have been a patient for over 12 years at Dr JOLLY surgery and both my children have been registered here for over 10 years. The amount of support I have received is excellent my youngest child has complex health conditions and the GP's especially Dr Ali sat there and listened to my concerns and referred my daughter straight away and three times my daughter has been diagnosed with 3 health conditions and If it wasn't for the GP she would have gotten nowhere. The receptionist are all helpful and lovely and it is easy to get an appointment. As a Nurse myself I know how hard the Coronavirus effected the NHS but this surgery carried on and was one of the rare surgeries that started seeing face to face appointments and the only surgery that took on clinics and community flu injections and Covid injections during the pandemic in North Manchester. I am proud to be a patient at this surgery

    By far the worst surgery I've ever encountered in my life, staff were extremely rude, argumentative, discriminative and berligerant. The doctors are lazy and have no duty of care towards patients this practice should be closed with the people running it.

    I need appointment for my daughter but they are not listening to the patient on the phone, from when the phone appointment is start everything is worst, just 2 words you listen to the patients and your speech will start. YOU HAVE TO LISTEN ALL CONVERSATION TO THE PATIENT and after you give advice. Very disappointed with your service
