I took my engagement ring here to be resized. The ring now looks wonky, not properly round anymore and part of the band is thinner than the rest where it has been altered. It was perfect when I left it here. I’m now having to take it back to diggles in Liverpool where it was originally made to have the shank remade. I’m really upset about it as the ring is very sentimental.

Would like to sincerely thank the guys, at The Jewellers Bench -Widnes Store. A last minute replacement of the blue stone to wife's Engagement ring, after she had lost it.. this will recomplete her ring set, and another to add when we renew our wedding vows in Dominican Republic next week.. This means such a lot The guys in the shop couldn't do enough to help and ensure we had it back in time.. The ring is absolutely beautiful. The wife was in tears of joy.. Adjusted my wedding ring to a smaller size, delivered quicker than they said they would. Also, right before Christmas they moved stock from their Formby store to their Widnes branch for me to collect easier. Staff are all friendly and decent, definitely recommended and would use again.

Earlier this year I had a special birthday and wanted my late mum's gold (some of which was repurposed into my obsolete wedding ring) made into a hammered open bangle. Not many jewellers could perform this task as gold has a higher melting point than silver. The staff discussed options with me beforehand and were very helpful. The bangle was ready within a week and a slight adjustment was made on the day of collection. It is simply stunning and a true combined representation of my mum and me which I will always treasure.
