Everything I pictured for what my decor would look like, you guys made it come to life, every single person commented on the decor and said it looked amazing and they’ve never seen anything like it before. Hands down the best decision I made during the planning of our wedding! Amar and Shaan were a literal dream to work with. They spent time going through all concepts and listening to my ideas and vision. You guys went above and beyond for us and made sure the whole process was smooth and stress free (even catching up with me leading up to the big day to make sure things were on track - and not just decor related). Our guests loved the set up and I haven’t stopped praising them! I had no issues recommending Jewel Events to my family based on a few pictures I saw on Instagram. But as time ticked by and the day got closer, I had butterflies as "it would all be my fault if it wasnt up to scratch". I felt assured by Shaan's and Amar's prompt responsiveness running up to the event. My prior experience was always with people who knew it all and talked of "new concepts" but never lived up to expectations. These two....very professional and whenever we met, listened attentively, made note of everything and although full of ideas, they made sure that our thoughts were taken into consideration. Based in Birmingham, they also made 2 trips to the venue in Leicester to make sure that nothing was missed. On the day, when I walked into the venue, I was gobsmacked....absolutely amazing. There were gasps and all I could hear was "incredible"... "wow"..."stunning"....and people asking who had done the decor. It was a huge relief for me. All the colours and lighting were spot on, the fabrics were immaculate, CLEAN and crisp and the flowers were like brand new. The highlights were the family tables on each side of the stage. We loved it. The pictures I am attaching say it all. Absolutely amazing guys. Keep it up. Have already recommended you to a few people and this time with confidence from personal experience. They were simply the best to work with and considered all the tiny details to help bring life and beauty to our wedding. We opted for a non traditional wedding venue and it required decor to complete the look and feel of elegance and beauty whilst maintaining a simple approach to match our theme of classy and sophistication. They were described as being on the best decor companies to work with by the hotel we used. They were prompt, over delivered all their promises (and more) and have become friends along the way. We booked Shaan and the team for our wedding ceremony at Swinfen Hall Hotel. Shaan was so professional, a lovely, kind and humble person. Always attended to our calls, messages and emails.
