Rude staff. Poor service - food came before the soft drinks we ordered. When drinks finally arrived they were wrong which somehow was our fault and the rude staff became more rude. Food wasn’t that great. Embarrassing for this chain pretending to be high end. I get better service - and a smile - in McDonalds

Visited The Ivy on a mid day afternoon so it was pretty quiet. Looks great from the outside & stunning once inside. We ordered from the set menu & were served really quickly. A good selection on the menu for a reasonable price. Ambiance was good & I imagine even better when the restaurant is busy. Staff were polite & helpful ...... even the toilets were lush 😉 Would definitely visit this place again 😊
