Been to this practice twice through the emergency nhs and the lady refused to help on both occasions she would not even listen to my injury and basically told me to leave very unprofessional would not take X-ray to see if had fracture and said she had X-ray from 8 Month ago when I had injury 10 days ago would not help me in any way will be putting full complaint in as you cart treat people in this manner especially people with ptsd and bipolar I’ve rang the nhs emergency to explain what the lady dentist did and that she refused to help me and told me go see the community dentist just to be clear the nhs emergency call handlers was great and helpful the dentist did not do everything she could she refused X-ray of possible fracture I’ve seen her few times now never helped and left me in pain had to ring nhs again they sent me to valance centre and they got me out of the pain not once but twice after seeing this lady dentist at your practice so no she didn’t do everything she could my opinion stands unprofessional dentist and would not recommend this practice

First of all i would like to say I appreciate the work the staff do for us and i thank them, but the first time going here for a emergency appointment was the worst experience in dental history for me, 1) i was seen 25 mins late 2) there was no privacy, doors were open as people were doing check ups, every conversation can be heard clearly through the thin walls 3) noisy and hectic environment with no peace or silence with all the ladies shouting from upstairs to downstairs and receptionist being called to go to the rooms 4) temporarily unattended reception desk 5) the dentist and nurse forgot to take my details as i was about to leave and called me back 6) kept being called to the desk about 3 times just for the receptionist to say a few words to me when nothing was ready for me to sign/pay etc 7) dentist seemed very new and giving me false quotations 8) the dentist let me go in more pain as i first arrived because of how aggressive she was on my sensitive teeth and gums 9) the x ray was rushed and the nurse was not very careful putting the card in my mouth and instead shoving it in Im sorry to say all this but honestly this is honestly like the cartoons that get children scared to go to the dentist and im 21 and scared to go back, never again!

My partner went here for an emergency filling and although the dentist herself was nice and professional, she was in a room right next to the reception area and many staff members were walking through and leaving the door open while she was having treatment. This meant that anyone coming in to the practice had a direct view of her which was uncomfortable, especially as she is a nervous patient.
