Trying to make a large booking here is a damaging experience. Max is 8, you can't call the actual restaurant and speak to people you might know (because you're local), just a central number where people with better things to do are answering the phone and extending no customer service at all. What happened to that in the last decade?

A great restaurant in the heart of Blackheath. I last visited for brunch and started off with a nice glass of bucks-fizz. The food was serverd quickly and was good quality indeed. The staff were polite and friendly. Clean and well kept, this is a good restaurant to visit.

Amazing food! Even better customer service. I have an intolerance to sea food, once I referred this to the staff everyone was super kind and careful to my need. I gave 5 stars but they deserve 10! Kid-friendliness: The waiter was really friendly and open to listen all our requests.

I dined at the Ivy in Blackheath this Monday and it was an absolutely wonderful evening, my first visit to this lovely restaurant and certainly will not be the last. I went with a friend who I have known for 55 years and we have dined together on many occasions. We had lovely cocktails to start with. It was so hard to choose from the many and varied items. Our food was fantastic, especially the desserts, the staff were happy to discuss our choices and gave us excellent service throughout .Enjoy!!!

I came to celebrate a friend's birthday. unsatisfactory service. the waiter treated us not so well on multiple occasions. I took the fillet and I was not satisfied with the cooking, the meat was dry and the waiter replied "it looks good to me". the coconut rice taken as a side dish was barely worth the boiled coconut rice not even the scent. only the dessert was very good. they didn't have the requested wine and offered us a much more expensive wine. outrageous not having bottled water. we had to go and buy it at the shop next door. not to mention how he kindly sent us out of the shop because they had to close, and it was only 11.15pm.. and online the restaurant showed that it closed at 00.00. I don't think I will ever go back!! the place and the prices do not reflect the quality of the service and the food.
