Having just moved to Banbury from London I was really excited to try this shop. Gorgeous and unique products but truly awful service no hello, no can I help you and more importantly no thank you after buying several items. Just silence. I felt awkward and couldn’t get out quick enough. I wanted to love it but based on the service I would not return and will stick to online Italian retailers.

Excellent products, proper typical Italian produce that your local Waitflowers et al won't be able to source. And at fair prices, the owner will always be helpful if you're looking for something special. I am a big fan of the place. Admittedly being from out of town, the old location was faster to get to but they do have parking round the back!
