Superb result at a very reasonable price! I brought my mac mini and ram separately last year (which saved over £700 in total) because, having done my research, I knew this particular mac mini model could have its ram upgraded. When I went to Apple to look at getting it booked in they claimed it couldn't be done and I would have to just buy a new one with more ram (which would cost another £3000-£4000!!!). I then took it to the IT Store under recommendation of a family member where they had it done within 30 minutes for £30. The assistants I spoke to were very kind and helpful so couldn't have asked for a better service! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They were good in the past but my last visit was terrible. Told to come back later just to install a new battery when I did come back was told I had a strange battery and had to wait until the end of the day to pick up. Month later laptop crashed. Took it into a different repairer and was told the battery had two screws missing and the graphics chip was burnt. Looking at a whole board replacement now. Left the shop feeling suspicious was bu

Just great service on my 2014 MacBook Air. Sorted out the issue, which was a iOS download problem and we made a decision on what to do and they wiped the drive and successfully installed Big Sur while I had a bite of lunch. Luckily, I have Time Machine and iCloud back up. Feels like I’ve got a new computer. Thanks Oliver great service.

Fabulous place! They immediately looked at my mac, no waiting time, they fixed it in less than 10 minutes (note that at the Apple store they had refused even to touch it if I did not make an appointment - for four days later!) for a simply ridiculous price. Excellent customer service too. Highly recommend - they saved me!

Great Service- Had something blocking my charging port, took it to an apple store to be removed and they said they would have to send it off and it would take 14 days and be £60 minimum. Went into The iT store and they removed it in minuets and didn't charge.
