Horrible experience. Zero customer service and non Muslim behavior. They leave the website with a products not in stock and I made an order of one product and paid the money. The shop cancelled my order without telling me. I chat with them through their website. He claimed that he sent the refund to me and cancelled the product because it is not available. I have waited 10 days and no refund from them. I have contacted them through WhatsApp many times and no reply at all. I send a message asking for my refund through their website chat. They replied with a lie that they already sent the money and I should contact my bank. I did contacted my bank an PayPal and they confirmed that no refund and PayPal open a dispute case and send to the islamic shop. At this point they send the refund. They are not honest and theifs . They are a very bad representative to Muslim people. Not recommend them at all

If there was zero stars I would put it. I have contacted the store via Whatsapp several times for months as a matter of urgency and despite them reading the messages, I have continued to receive nothing. Absolutely horrific customer service - I am appalled
